Can I bring my own containers for the bulk items?

Yes, anything marked “BYOC” is available at our Bring Your Own Container refill station.

I bought a prepackaged bulk item. How do I get my deposit back?

For castile soap, coconut oil, liquid dish soap concentrate, liquid laundry detergent, baby lotion, diaper balm, and toilet tabs simply bring your empty FullFillery container to the store for a $2 credit. We will sanitize and re-use it! We use “loop packaging” when there’s a chance of contamination when bringing our own container. We package these products (usually cosmetics) in standardized containers that you return when you’re done. After sterilizing the containers, we use them again to package more of the same item. Each product is best used within 12 months from the date you open it.

What is your return policy?

Sales on all package-free or bulk (Bring Your Own Container) items are final. You may return unopened packaged items for store credit within 30 days of purchase.

Is your store handicapped-accessible?

No, unfortunately we are on the second floor. However, we do offer online order pickups at our lockbox, which is located on a wide residential street with plenty of space to stop your car and use the adjacent wheelchair ramp.

What if I’m sensitive to fragrances?

We hear a lot of “it smells so good in here!” at our store, but we also want to accommodate those who are sensitive to fragrances. Almost all of our products have unscented versions, which you can order through our website. Choose the option to pick up at our convenient outdoor lockbox, which is available 24/7 in a quiet residential neighborhood.

Am I limited to your store hours?

No, we offer pickup at two locations and limited delivery:

  • For pickups, please write in the comments whether you would like to pickup at 1) our store during store hours, or 2) our lockbox (about a mile away from the store, available 24/7). When you place your order, you will receive a confirmation receipt letting you know when your order will be ready. Once we drop off your order, we will alert you and send an email with the address, photo, and any further instructions.
  • Local delivery (20912 and 20012 only): When you place your order, choose the delivery option. You will be prompted to enter your address and charged a delivery fee. Once we have delivered your order, we will alert you to say it’s ready, which is generally within 3 days.
Do you ship?

No, we have chosen to remain local, to minimize our use of fossil fuels. However, we are looking into a solution so we can start shipping. Stay tuned!

Can I donate containers?

At this time, we can only accept pint-sized Talenti ice cream/sorbet containers. However, do remember to bring your FullFillery bottles/jars to get your deposit back.

What if I forget my containers or need a shopping bag?

We have some products in paper bags for those times when you don’t have your containers. We also keep pre-used paper shopping bags on hand for you to use, as well as beautiful tote bags made of repurposed material for sale. You can also check to see if we have a pre-used cardboard box for you cart all your purchases in!
